通过非共价反应将精氨酸包覆于多壁碳纳米管上, 并用荧光分光光度计和原子力显微镜检测其在不同pH值条件下的分散性和凝聚性. 结果表明: 改性后的碳纳米管的分散性具有pH敏感性, pH值越大, 分散性越好, 且灵敏度高. 同时对其pH敏感性的机理进行了分析与讨论. 这将对碳纳米管在药物载送、生物传感等方面的应用有重要的意义.
