近日,上海市农业科学院作物育种栽培研究所水稻中心,利用代谢组学和转录组学联合分析技术,对水稻巨胚高营养形成的分子机制展开研究,揭示了能量代谢,氨基酸代谢和脂质代谢是水稻巨胚发育早期成熟阶段的关键代谢通路,该研究有助于推动高营养水稻品种的育种。相关研究成果在线发表于国际学术期刊《Frontiers in Plant Science》(IF:5.753,二区TOP)上。
