心肌纤维化作为心衰的重要诱导因素,是由中重度冠状动脉粥样硬化性狭窄所引起的心肌纤维持续性和反复加重的心肌缺血、缺氧病变,全球每年有数十万人死于心肌纤维化导致的疾病。既往通过CAR-T细胞治疗心肌纤维化相关疾病时,由于该细胞在体内能存活数月甚至数年并持续攻击全身范围的成纤维细胞,从而导致伤口难以愈合,这大大限制了CAR-T疗法对心肌纤维化的治疗。
