本文分析了QI在煤沥青中的存在形式，结合高速气体破碎和旋流分离的有关知识，提出了首先使用高速气体将煤沥青液体雾化，然后使用旋风分离器分离其中的QI。实验数据表明：此方法能顺利将煤沥青中QI的脱除，使其含量低于1%。雾化颗粒的微观分析，也验证了此方法的理论基础。由于这种方法与工业上其他常用的方法相比，在能量消耗方面存在着巨大优势，因此本研究为工业上脱除QI提供了一种新的思路。
