考察KM小鼠灌胃给药接受过量通体结香技术产沉香的提取物后可能出现的急性毒性反应。方法：采用“最大给药量法”进行试验灌胃给予小鼠通体结香技术产沉香的提取物，观察记录小鼠的中毒症状及死亡情况，并于14 d后剖检小鼠观察其主要脏器。结果：以40 g·kg-1剂量给药后，小鼠均未产生明显的毒性症状，其体重与阴性对照组小鼠体重比较无显著差异（P>0.05），且大体剖检生命脏器未见异常。结论：通体结香技术产沉...
