电场调控磁性铁 磁性金属材料 自旋电容效应

电场调控磁性是发展低功耗、非易失、快速度、微型化、多功能自旋电子器件的关键,蕴含着丰富的物理内涵和巨大的应用前景,吸引了广泛而持久的研究关注。该工作首次提出采用自旋电容效应对铁磁性金属材料实现了巨大、可逆、稳定、快响应的电场调控。同时,该工作有效利用实时原位磁学测试的独特优势,证实了反铁磁性材料FeO表面的铁磁性特性,突破了传统磁学的认知,为自旋电子器件设计提供了重要理论指导。
